Mangaluru, Mar 22: A case of negligence by a ready-mix concrete truck led to a hazardous situation on the national highway near Padua, Mangaluru, on Saturday evening around 6 pm. Due to the spillage of concrete on the road, a two-wheeler skidded and crashed, causing disruptions to vehicular movement.

Observing the situation, Francis Maxim Moras, a local traffic warden known for his voluntary service, immediately took action. With a broom in hand, he cleaned the road, ensuring safe passage for other vehicles.

His swift and selfless act earned widespread appreciation from the public, highlighting the importance of responsible civic engagement.
