Srinivas College of pharmacy to host 7th national conference on clinical training, patient safety

Mangaluru, Apr 1: Srinivas College of Pharmacy, Mangaluru in association with Indian Pharmaceutical Association, DK District Local Branch, Mangaluru are jointly organizing 7th National conference on ‘Innovative practices in clinical training & patient safety’ at Valachil campus here on April 4 and 5.

Dr CA A Raghavendra Rao, chancellor, Srinivas University and president, A Shama Rao Foundation, Mangaluru will preside over the inaugural function on April 4.

Dinesh Chandra A Hegde, managing director, Vasudha Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, Brahmavara, Udupi will be the chief guest. Other guests of honour include Dr A Srinivas Rao, pro chancellor, Srinivas University, Mangaluru & vice president, A Shama Rao Foundation, A Vijayalakshmi R Rao, trustee member, board of governors, Srinivas University and director, Srinivas Group of Colleges, Mangaluru, Prof Er A Mitra S Rao trustee member, board of governors, Srinivas University & secretary, A Shama Rao Foundation, Mangaluru.

Eminent speakers in the plenary session, Dr M Surulivel Rajan, Dr Keshava Pai, Dr Prashant Chandra, Dr Radhika Shenoy, Vijay Kamath are expected to deliberate in the proceedings.

Dr A R Shabaraya, principal and director, Srinivas College of pharmacy, Valachil, Mangaluru, president, IPA, local branch, Mangaluru, convener and organizing secretary of the conference has detailed the schedule.

Delegates are expected to present original research scientific papers in oral /poster sessions of the conference.
