Mangaluru: AIMIT inaugurates Wellness Centre to promote holistic well-being

Mangaluru, Apr 3: The AIMIT Wellness Centre was inaugurated on April 2, by Dr Fr Kiran Cotha SJ, director of AIMIT. This initiative aims to create a balanced and fulfilling campus environment by integrating physical fitness, mental well-being, and holistic development.

The centre will offer sports tournaments, yoga sessions, fitness challenges, guided meditation, mental health awareness programs, nutrition seminars, and corporate wellness workshops, ensuring a comprehensive approach to well-being.

Through these activities, students and faculty will have opportunities to enhance their physical health, emotional resilience, and stress management skills.

The initiative is expected to foster a health-conscious culture, encourage teamwork and leadership, and promote overall well-being within the AIMIT community.
