Bhatkal, Jan 18: Yenepoya Speciality Hospital (YSH), Kodialbail and Naunihaal Central School, Bhatkal will jointly organize a free Cardiac health check-up and Urology check-up camp at Naunihaal School premises near Qidwai Road on Sunday January 22.

Medical director of Yenepoya Specialty Hospital Dr Mohammed Thahir informed about the camp at a press meet was Held at Bage-Rahmat Recently.

The aim of the camp is to detect early symbols of disease like hypertension diabetes and age related Urological problems, which patients unaware of. Senior cardiac specialists from YSH will be available to evaluate the patients.

A team of cardiac specialists including cardiothoracic surgeon Dr Harish R, interventional cardiologists Dr Balkrishna Pai, Dr Praveen J Shetty and associate in cardiologist Dr Rahul are expected to come.

Urologist Dr Altaf Khan will also be there to serve patients.

Echo evaluation indicated cases will be done free of cost at the camp. Those who need further evaluation and treatment like Angiogram, Angioplasty, and Cardiac Surgery will be done Yenepoya Specialty Hospital at special discount rates, urology cases also will be treated on a discounted rate.
 
Dr Mohammed Thahir also said that the Yenepoya Specialty Hospital Kodialbail is an Empanelled Hospital for most of the government schemes and with most of the TPA's schemes such as - Yashaswani Health Scheme, Arogya Bhagya, Suvarna Arogya Chethana Scheme and Sampoorna Suraksha Yojana.

Only patients with prior registration will get appointment to meet the doctors.
