Mangaluru, Apr 9: The 60th birthday of Dr Michael Santhumayor, principal of Milagres College, was celebrated on April 8 in the college auditorium. Dr Michael Santhumayor has completed 30 years since his ordination as a priest and has served as the principal of the Milagres College for 10 years.
Speaking on the occasion, Fr Bonaventure Nazareth, correspondent of the Milagres Educational Institutions, said, “Fr Dr Santhumayor is a multifaceted personality who has been actively involved in various community-oriented activities. He is a multilingual scholar and has made significant contributions in the field of education.”
Dr Michael Santhumayor’s family members, Melwyn Vas, principal of Milagres Pre-University College, Fr Joseph Uday Fernandes, principal, Milagres Central School, and several other dignitaries were present in the event and extended their greetings. The programme was compered by Lenisha.
