Mangaluru, Apr 10: The annual festivities at the Goddess Rajarajeshwari Temple in Polali—renowned for their month-long duration and distinctive traditions—concluded with the 'Chendu' event, including the traditional 'Kade Chendu' game, on Tuesday, April 9.

Devotees from nearby and distant villages participated with great enthusiasm, proudly representing their respective communities in the 'Chendu' game.

The conclusion of 'Chendu' marked the lead-up to the grand finale of the celebrations: the revered Polali Rathotsava, held on April 10.

The Goddess Rajarajeshwari Temple in Polali stands as one of the most ancient and majestic temples along the Karnataka coast, continuing to uphold and showcase the region’s rich cultural heritage.
