St Agnes College hosts ‘Job Fair 2K25’ in association with AISECT Ltd

Mangaluru, Apr 11: St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, in association with AISECT Ltd, organized a day-long ‘Job Fair 2K25’ on Friday, April 11, at the college campus.

Gokuldas Nayak, joint director, department of industries and commerce, and Shivprasad, co-founder and executive director of Disciples Corporate School, were the chief guests for the event.

Addressing the gathering, Gokuldas Nayak said, “The aspirants attending the job fair must stay focused, work hard, and grow by taking every opportunity that comes their way. Companies, in turn, should provide a supportive work environment and promote employee development.”

Principal Dr M Venissa AC said, “This job fair is a stepping stone for students as they begin their professional journey. Your first job may not be your dream job, but it’s a step in the right direction.”

Sr Maria Roopa, joint secretary of St Agnes Institutions; Nelson D Mello, placement officer; and Guruprasad, centre manager, AISECT Ltd, were also present at the event.

More than 50 companies registered for Job Fair 2K25, including firms like Fist Engineering Solution Limited, Kumble Solar Energy Solution Private Limited, Sadhna Enviro Engineering Service, Eleonor Technologies Private Limited, Harsha Electronics, and many more.

Dr Mallika welcomed the gathering, Joanna Simon proposed the vote of thanks, and Keerthishree Nayak efficiently compered the event.
