Tragic shooting in Seelampur, Delhi: 20-year-old dies in late-night attack

New Delhi, Apr 28: In a tragic incident that occurred on the night of Sunday, April 27, a 20-year-old man was shot dead in the Seelampur area of northeast Delhi. The police were alerted around 11:40 pm by a distress call from the victim's father, who reported that his son, Sameer, had been shot in the J-Block of Seelampur.

The young man was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, but despite efforts to save him, he was declared dead upon arrival.

Crime and forensic science laboratory (FSL) teams were promptly dispatched to the scene to gather evidence. Senior police officials closely monitored the investigation. A case has been registered at the Seelampur police station, and several teams have been formed to trace the perpetrators responsible for this heinous crime.

The police have assured that they are working diligently to identify the suspects and bring them to justice.
