Real Estate Developers in Mangalore have certainly moved far ahead in their pursuit of attracting not only Indians residing in the Persian Gulf region, but also the Arab investors who are keen to invest their money in the future of Real Estate in India.

Developers such as M/s. Arshad and Sawood of Mohtisham will always be on the forefront of success in the Real Estate developments because of their honesty and integrity in doing the Real Estate business in India.

Mohtishams are certainly to be considered as prospective candidates for any National Award in India because of their loyal dedication to the industry as well as to the people.

Our past dealings with Mohtisham have been extremely gratifying, and we wish them and all others best of success in their current efforts in propagating their Real Estate development thru Mega Property Show in Kuwait.

A timely investment in the luxury appartments in and around Mangalore will enable so many Indian expatriates in Kuwait and elsewhere not only to invest their hard earned income wisely, but also enable them to establish themselves comfortably with an excellent retirement program in a timely manner.
