Mangaluru, May 22: Mount Carmel Central School, beams with pride as Jesnia Correa of grade VIII races her way into national glory, clinching three gold medals at the 8th Open National Speed Skating Championship held at Perumbavoor, Kochi, from May 15 to 19. Hosted by the Roller-Skating Federation of India (RSFI), this prestigious event witnessed top talent from across the nation, and Jesnia shone the brightest!
Jesnia is a true champion in the making, driven by unwavering determination, disciplined training, and a fiery passion for skating. Her triple victory goes beyond personal success; it stands as a shining inspiration for athletes everywhere. With every swift glide and confident stride, she has proven that hard work, guided effort, and an unshakable spirit pave the path to excellence.




Jesnia trains at the renowned Hi Flyers Skating Club, Skate City, Ashoknagar, under the expert mentorship of coaches Mohan, Ramanand and Omkar, who have helped shape her into the stellar athlete she is today. Backing her every move are her proud parents, Jerome and Preetha Correa of Bejai, whose unwavering support continues to fuel her ambition.
As she raises the bar with every competition, the Mount Carmel family stands tall, cheering her on with pride and joy.
