Mangaluru, Jun 5: The St Aloysius (Deemed to be University) and M/s Vinith D’Costa & Associates have entered into an MoU to offer B Com (investment management) degree programme with effect from the academic year 2025-26.

Dr Praveen Martis S J, vice chancellor of the University and Vinith D’Costa, founder and managing director of VD & Associates, signed and exchanged the MoU at the University premises on Wednesday June 4.

D’Costa is a NISM certified research analyst and practicing Investment professional consultant for over two decades. By offering B Com (investment management) programme, the University intends to spread investment awareness among students and also prepare the graduates for careers in investment advice, consultancy and jobs in investment banking and insurance firms.

Dr Manuel Tauro, dean, school of commerce, finance and accountancy, witnessed the MoU. Dr Roshan D’Souza, chair, international collaboration, facilitated the process of signing the MoU.
