Jeddah: 'Healthy Life Happy Life', Health Campaign Inaugurated

Jeddah, Jan 26: A three month long campaign titled 'Healthy Life Happy Life' was inaugurated at the ground off Sitteen street, Madinah, here.

Inaugurating the campaign, Mir Ghazanfar Ali Zaki, emphasized the relevance of maintaining a healthy life. Addressing the large gathering, Zaki said that it was nice to find that the Indian expatriate community is health conscious and importance of regular exercise to possibly prevent health problems such as diabetes and cholesterol. Zaki is a veteran footballer who represented the AP state team in
the Santhosh Trophy matches in the early nineties.

Abdul Latheef, a physical instructor at AlAhli Club, here, felicitated the occasion and elaborated on the impact of regular exercising to maintain good health while Abdul Nazer, body building instructor and chief coach at Al Abeer Medical Group reiterated the importance
of balanced food to maintain health and remain young.

Ashraf Morayur, president of Fraternity Forum explained the schedule of the awareness programme and said that he counts on the large support and acceptance that Fraternity Forum received from the entire expatriate community for its awareness campaigns.

Hifzurrahman, ppresident, Saudi Indian Football Forum, felicitated the function and congratulated Fraternity Forum for their sincere efforts to make awareness among the expatriates, as Indians are the most affected by health problems that are caused by lack of exercise and balanced dieting.

Mohthisham Habeebullah, coordinator for northern states of Fraternit Forum, conveyed the vote of thanks and EM Abdullah presided over the function, Abdul Ghani welcomed the guests and gathering.
