Karkala, Jun 11: A special four-day teacher training workshop, as part of the Art of Living’s educational initiative, was held at Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir, Karkala, from June 7 to June 10. The workshop was conducted by Sabitha Shetty, administrative officer of Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir, Bengaluru.

Spanning four enriching days, the workshop offered a well-structured blend of physical, mental, and spiritual practices, including Sudarshan Kriya, Hari Om meditation, and Yoga Nidra. These sessions were thoughtfully designed to rejuvenate educators while also equipping them with innovative strategies and planning tools essential for the upcoming academic year.

All teachers participated with great enthusiasm and commitment, making the most of the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. School treasurer, Dinesh Kamath, visited the workshop to observe its proceedings and appreciated the initiative.

On the concluding day, the school principal, Sonal R Kamath, along with the entire staff, expressed heartfelt gratitude to Sabitha Shetty in a warm and dignified felicitation ceremony. Her invaluable guidance and contribution to the workshop were sincerely acknowledged and deeply appreciated by all.
