First schedule of Tulu film ‘Life is Jingalala’ filming completed

Mangaluru, Jun 13: The first schedule of filming for the Tulu film ‘Life is Jingalala’, produced under the HPR Films Production banner, has been completed. The movie, directed by Trishul Shetty and produced by Hariprasad Rai, was shot in the coastal region.

Hariprasad Rai and Trishul Shetty previously collaborated on the comedy film ‘Pulimunchi’. This duo is now preparing to offer another unique cinematic experience to the Tulu film industry. The first phase of filming for ‘Jingalala’ has been paused due to rain.



Mayur R Shetty is the cinematographer for the film, with Kishore Kumar Shetty handling the music, Ganesh Neerchal as the editor, and DBC Shekhar writing the dialogues. The lyrics are penned by Mayur R Shetty and Keerthan Bhandary. Harish Nayak Bajpe is the art director, Karunakar Manjeshwar is the still photographer, and Prajwal Shetty and Vishwanath are the managers. Bala Jagannath Shetty is the PRO, Devi Rai is responsible for design, while Vinay Preetham and Akshith Vitla are assistant directors. Prajwal KR, Chinu Aryan, and Yashodhar are also part of the film crew.

Trishul Shetty plays the lead male role, with Navya Poojary as the lead actress. The cast also includes Diya Sharada, Dr Devadas Kapikad, Naveen D Patil, Aravind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Saikrishna Kudla, Ravirama Kunja, Prakash Shetty Dharmanagar, Deepak Paladka, Shwetha, Flany D'Souza, Roshan Shetty, Prajwal Shetty, Roopa D Shetty, Roopa Varkady, Shilpa Shetty, Pinki Rani, Nithya, Mimicry Sharan, Ranjan Boluru, and Sadashiva Amin. Trishul Shetty is directing the film, and Hariprasad Rai producing it. The second schedule of filming is set to commence shortly.
