Mumbai, Jun 20: Poco has officially confirmed that the much-awaited Poco F7 5G will be launched in India on June 24, with the smartphone boasting Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, the latest in high-performance mobile processors. The company, through multiple teasers and a dedicated Flipkart microsite, has revealed key specifications ahead of the big reveal.

The Poco F7 5G has already scored over 2.1 million points on the AnTuTu benchmark, indicating top-tier performance. The Indian variant will feature 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 4.1 storage, and an advanced 3D IceLoop cooling system coupled with AI-based temperature control. Gamers can also look forward to the WildBoost Gaming Optimisation 4.0, promising enhanced visual rendering, stable frame rates, and better battery management.

Backed by a massive 7,550mAh battery, the Poco F7 5G will support 90W wired fast charging and 22.5W reverse charging, making it one of the most power-packed phones in its category. The design hints at a dual rear camera setup, with a 50MP primary sensor featuring OIS, likely the Sony IMX882, accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, a 20MP selfie shooter is expected.

The phone is likely to feature a 6.83-inch AMOLED display and come with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. While the Indian model packs a larger battery, the global version may ship with a 6,500mAh battery.

With its flagship-grade hardware and gaming-centric features, the Poco F7 5G is poised to challenge premium offerings when it hits Indian markets next week.
