Karkala: Career guidance session on CA & CS held at Christ King PU College

Karkala, Jun 20: Christ King Pre-University College, Karkala organized a career guidance session for the first-year Commerce students on Chartered Accountancy (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) courses.

Chandan Rao, a noted trainer in employment and skill development, was the resource person for the event. In his address, he emphasized the wide range of opportunities available for commerce students. “To achieve success, one must set clear goals and work consistently. Don’t wait for tomorrow seize the opportunities that come your way today. Self-confidence is a key element in the path to success,” he advised.

He also provided detailed insights into the preparation strategies and planning required to excel in CA and CS examinations.

The event was graced by the college’s vice principal and head of the commerce department, Dr Prakash Bhat, along with the college CA-CS coordinators and Economics lecturer.

Jitesh, a student from the second-year commerce stream, welcomed the gathering, while Disha Shetty introduced the guests. Madiha Fatima anchored the program, and Prajwal Shetty delivered the vote of thanks.
