Udupi, Jun 25: St Mary’s English Medium School, Kannarpady, Udupi held the Bunny Inauguration Programme for the tiny tots of Kindergarten in J P Tauro Hall at 9 Am on Wednesday, June 25.

The Bunny Inauguration Day was joyfully celebrated under the inspiring motto, ‘Play, Learn and Grow Together.’ The event marked a new beginning for the little ones, filled with laughter, learning, and love.

The programme began with a prayer song by the UKG children, invoking God’s blessings.

The welcome address was followed by inauguration of bunny apron. Principal Fr Vijay D’Souza, vice principal Madam Rita Quadros, and kindergarten coordinator madam Dapsy Vaz, officially inaugurated the Bunny Movement.

Several fun activities were organized. Five students from each class enthusiastically participated in the inaugural activities, bringing joy to all present.

The principal, Fr Vijay D’Souza addressed the gathering. His message was to the bunnies and parents. He asked the parents to be at ease while the children are in school. They learn to share, care and also involve in all activities as well as they learn to be friendly with their peers, he said. He also said that KG is not about learning only ABCs but they're taught good manners and values. He appreciated the parents who witnessed the event.

Sherin compered the ceremony and also welcomed and thanked the parents and authorities of the school. The celebration ended on a high note with everyone rising for the school anthem.
