Srinivas University, organises Carrom Championship Board Battle 2025

Mangaluru, Jun 26: The Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University organized the Carrom Championship Board Battle 2025. The event was conducted under the esteemed guidance of dean, Dr Pavithra Kumari, head of the department, Anjana T V, physical directors Bhagyashree, Institute of aviation studies and Supriya Adiga, physical directors of Srinivas University. The championship commenced and saw the participation of 36 teams in the men’s category and 21 teams in the women’s category.

The tournament witnessed intense matches and impressive displays of strategy and skill across all categories. In the postgraduate category, the team of Numair Abdul Jabbar and Sharon John D’Silva from I MBA aviation management emerged as champions. In the Undergraduate men’s category, Albin Sanil Kumar E K and Hashfad K from II BBA aviation & logistics management secured first place. The second place was claimed by Mohammad Rifath H and Mohammed Umraz of II BBA aviation & logistics management, while Muhammed Farhan C M and Nihal Ali from III BBA aviation management earned third place.

In the undergraduate women’s category, Dhanya and J Ashika from III BBA aviation management secured the first position, followed by Nakshatra B. and Thara P of II BBA aviation & logistics management, who took second place, and H. N. Swapna and Prajutha from II BBA aviation management, who finished in third place.

The championship served as a dynamic platform for students to demonstrate their talents, teamwork, and competitive spirit. The enthusiasm of the participants and the encouragement from the audience contributed to the event's vibrant and energetic atmosphere. The tournament concluded successfully, leaving behind lasting memories of dedication, sportsmanship, and camaraderie among all involved.
