Aprilia unveils 2025 RS 125 GP Replica with MotoGP-inspired design

Daijiworld Media Network – Milan

Milan, Jun 29: Italian motorcycle manufacturer Aprilia has officially launched the 2025 RS 125 GP Replica, an entry-level sports bike that brings MotoGP-inspired design to the streets. The launch is currently exclusive to select European markets, with no official word on its India debut.

The new RS 125 GP Replica draws heavy styling cues from the Aprilia RS-GP25 MotoGP machine, featuring aggressive racing graphics in black and red. The bike also gets a matte-black swingarm and frame, along with a seat cowl that adds to its track-ready aesthetic.

Engine & performance

Under the fairing, the 2025 RS 125 GP Replica packs a 125cc, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine producing 15 hp at 10,500 rpm and 11.5 Nm of torque at 8,500 rpm. The engine meets the latest Euro5+ emission norms. A quick-shift electronic gearbox further enhances the performance feel, making it ideal for young riders stepping into the sportbike segment.

Tech & safety

The bike gets a digital LCD instrument panel with essential readouts like fuel level, average consumption, and range. Buyers can also upgrade the cluster with the Aprilia MIA connectivity module for smartphone integration.

In terms of safety, Aprilia has partnered with Bosch to equip the RS 125 GP Replica with dual-channel ABS, traction control, and a rollover prevention system — all standard features.

While Indian fans of Aprilia will have to wait for official confirmation, the RS 125 GP Replica promises to be a thrilling addition to the lightweight supersport category.
