Mangaluru: Joyful ‘Yog in Mud’ Day hosted at Podar International School

Media Release

Mangaluru, Jun 30: In a vibrant blend of fun, learning, and nature, Podar Prep at Podar International School, Mangaluru, recently hosted a one-of-a-kind event titled “Yog in Mud " on June 28. The celebration brought together children, parents, families, and friends for an exciting and memorable day of muddy play and Yog-inspired activities.

"Yog in Mud “was more than just a celebration — it gave an opportunity to let children explore, move freely, and build lifelong memories. Podar Prep believes that play is the most powerful form of learning.

The event offered a unique platform for bonding and experiential learning as participants engaged in Yog Asanas in mud, explored their creativity, and connected with nature in a sensory-rich environment. The day’s activities were designed not only to be entertaining but also to enhance both fine and gross motor skills, supporting the early development needs of young learners.

As the day wrapped up with smiling faces, muddy clothes, and happy hearts, “Yog in Mud” stood out as a shining example to holistic, hands-on education — where fun meets focus, and learning happens naturally.
