Mangaluru, Jun 30: The investiture ceremony of St Ann's PU College was held on the June 28 with great enthusiasm and solemnity. The ceremony marked the official beginning of the responsibilities bestowed upon the newly elected cabinet members.
The programme commenced with the arrival of the cabinet members, led by the college student leader, Aysha Riza, carrying the college flag, symbolizing leadership, responsibility, and the spirit of the institution.

To invoke divine blessings, the lighting of the lamp was performed by the principal, vice principal, college student leader, and cabinet in-charges —Willma, Lavita, and Rolita, signifying the dispelling of darkness and the pursuit of knowledge and wisdom.
This was followed by a prayer service, seeking guidance and strength for the new leaders, and a graceful welcome dance presented by the students, which set the tone for the occasion.
The oath taking ceremony was the highlight of the event. The principal administered the oath to the cabinet secretaries, who pledged to uphold the values of the institution and carry out their duties with integrity and commitment.
The principal then adorned the student council with badges, conferring each cabinet member with a badge of responsibility and trust. This was followed by the declaration of their respective portfolios, as the newly appointed leaders stood tall, ready to begin their journey of service and leadership.
The ceremony was seamlessly anchored by Reshma, who ensured the event flowed with elegance and precision.
The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by the college student leader, Aysha Riza, expressing gratitude to all who made the event a success and reaffirming the commitment to responsible student leadership.
