Mumbai, Jul 4: Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd. has secured a major contract worth Rs 913 cr from Apollo Green Energy Ltd. for the development of a solar power project in Gujarat, the company announced in a stock exchange filing on Friday.
Under the contract, Hazoor Multi Projects will undertake the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a 200 MW grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) project located at Gujarat State Electricity Corporation’s Renewable Energy Solar Park in Khavda.

The scope of work includes design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning of the entire project, with a scheduled execution deadline set for March 2026.
Following the announcement, shares of Hazoor Multi Projects closed 1.28% higher at Rs 39.67 on the NSE, even as the benchmark Nifty 50 slipped 1.1%. Despite Friday’s gain, the stock has declined 16.05% over the past 12 months and is down 23.39% year-to-date.
The Khavda solar park is one of India's key renewable energy hubs, and this contract marks a significant step forward for Hazoor Multi Projects in the green energy infrastructure space.
