Man shot dead in car by bike-borne assailants in Delhi’s Najafgarh

New Delhi, Jul 4: In a shocking incident, a man was shot dead inside his car in north Delhi’s Najafgarh area on Thursday evening. The victim, identified as Neeraj, died on the spot after being attacked by unidentified assailants.

The incident occurred around 7 pm when Neeraj, who reportedly had multiple criminal cases against him, was driving through the area. According to police, at least three men on a motorcycle intercepted his vehicle and opened fire.

Neeraj sustained bullet injuries to his chest and collapsed in the driver’s seat, with visible blood stains on his clothes. Police said several rounds were fired at close range.

A police team rushed to the spot and launched an investigation. CCTV footage from the area is being examined to trace the attackers. Further details are awaited as the probe continues.
