Mangaluru, Jul 9: Krithi, a dedicated academician and researcher, has been conferred the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management by Srinivas University, Mangaluru. Her doctoral research, titled 'Impact of workforce diversity on employee performance in the banking sector – A Study in Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka', offers valuable insights into how diverse workforces influence organizational outcomes in the region’s banking industry.
Krithi is currently serving as a faculty at Yenepoya Institute of arts, science, commerce and management, Kulur, where she continues to inspire students with her passion for teaching and research. She is academically trained in both commerce and business administration. Disciplines, and has authored several scholarly articles in reputed management journals.


Coming from a humble background, Krithi’s academic journey is a testament to her perseverance, discipline, and unwavering commitment to higher education. Her PhD is the culmination of years of hard work, intellectual rigor, and a deep interest in organizational behaviour and human resource management.
Her achievement not only marks a personal milestone but also serves as an inspiration to aspiring scholars from modest beginnings. She is the daughter of Late Krishnappa and Susheela, and wife of Ravikiran, residing in Haleangadi, and aims to continue her academic pursuits through impactful research and dedicated student mentorship in the field of management studies.
