Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College to host Ruby Jubilee Finale on Jul 14

Mangaluru, Jul 11: Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College (FMHMC), a unit of the Father Muller Charitable Institutions (FMCI), is proud to announce the Ruby Jubilee Celebrations of its 40 years of service to the society, on July 14 from 5 pm to 10 pm at Father Muller Convention Centre, Kankanady under the able leadership of Fr Faustine Lucas Lobo, director, FMCI and Fr Donald Nilesh Crasta, administrator, FMHMC&H.

The celebrations will start with a thanksgiving Mass at 7.30 am in Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel, Deralakatte with bishop of Mangalore diocese and president of FMCI, Dr Peter Paul Saldanha as the chief celebrant.





The programme will be presided over by bishop of Mangalore diocese and president of FMCI, Dr Peter Paul Saldanha along with chief guests, Dr Bernard Moras, archbishop emeritus, apostolic administrator, diocese of Mysore and Dr K M Dhawale, chairman, Dr M L Dhawale Memorial Trust, Palghar, Mumbai along with Fr Richard Aloysius Coelho, former director, FMCI as the guest of honour.

There will be felicitations held to honour the former directors of FMCI, former administrators, former assistant administrators, former principals, former vice principals, and former medical superintendents. Along with them, there will be felicitation of the faculty and non-teaching staff who have served the institution for more than 25 years.

The Ruby Jubilee Souvenir will also be unveiled and it will be an evening to reminisce the nostalgic moments as well as to spread the joy of celebrations through varied cultural programmes from staff and students.

Launch of Ruby Jubilee Student Welfare Scholarship Fund

The Ruby Jubilee Student Welfare Scholarship Fund will be launched as part of Ruby Jubilee celebrations, with an aim to support deserving and financially challenged students in pursuing their academic goals, under the initiative of the Parent-Teacher-Student Association (PTSA) of Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College.

Dr M L Dhawale Memorial Oration and Potentia 2025

The annual Dr M L Dhawale Memorial Oration in the honour of the late Dr M L Dhawale, one of the pioneer stalwarts who helped lay the foundation of this very institution, will be hosted on July 13 & 14 at Father Muller Auditorium, Deralakatte. Along with it, the paper and poster competition, POTENTIA 2025 will be held on July 13, a platform for the budding research scholars to present their works from across the country.

On July 14, the programme will conclude with the prize distributions and awarding of the Muller Young Researcher Award for the best student researcher, Muller’s Excellent Researcher Award for the best postgraduate researcher and Muller’s Researcher of the Year Award to the best faculty researcher.

The programme will be presided over by Fr Faustine Lucas Lobo, director, FMCI along with Fr Ajith Menezes, administrator, FMMC as the chief guest. Dr K M Dhawale, director, Dr M L Dhawale Memorial Homeopathic Institute, Palghar, Mumbai will join as the guest of honour. Dr Anand Kapse, director, Dr M L Dhawale Memorial Trust Hospital, Palghar, Mumbai will be the keynote speaker.
