Mangaluru: Karnataka Bank appoints Raghavendra S Bhat as its interim MD & CEO

Mangaluru, Jul 14: Leading south Indian private bank - Karnataka Bank, is pleased to announce the appointment of Raghavendra S Bhat as the managing director & CEO of the bank. The appointment is effective from July 16 for a period of three months.

The appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting or within a period of 3 months as per SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 from the date of assuming charge, whichever is earlier. Karnataka Bank is confident that Raghavendra S Bhat’s expertise and leadership will drive the bank towards continued growth and success.

Raghavendra S Bhat has previously held key positions including COO at Karnataka Bank Ltd for nearly four decades.
