Mumbai, Jul 23: Mahindra & Mahindra is building excitement ahead of its major concept car reveal on August 15 in Mumbai, dropping a series of teasers that hint at its upcoming SUV lineup. The latest teaser showcases the rear end of the Vision T, confirming its connection with the iconic Thar family.
The teaser video reveals vertical tail lamps, a tailgate-mounted spare wheel, bumper reflectors, and door-mounted mirrors—hallmarks of a rugged off-roader. Earlier teasers had hinted at a squared bonnet, pronounced wheel arches, and plastic cladding, pointing to a bold design language.
Alongside the Vision T, Mahindra will also unveil three more concept models — Vision S, Vision X, and Vision SXT. All four will be based on the company’s all-new Freedom_NU platform, which supports internal combustion engines (ICE), electric vehicles (EVs), and hybrid powertrains.
These models are part of Mahindra’s broader strategy to future-proof its SUV lineup. Final production versions will be built at the company’s manufacturing hub in Chakan, Pune.
Meanwhile, Mahindra is also preparing to roll out refreshed versions of popular models such as the XUV700, Bolero, and the BE Rall-e. These updated versions, spotted multiple times on Indian roads, are expected to bring new features and design tweaks over their predecessors.
