New Delhi, Jul 23: Honda has unveiled its all-new CB125 Hornet in India, set to rival the Hero Xtreme 125R. Bookings will begin on August 1, while prices are expected to be announced soon.

The CB125 Hornet comes in four eye-catching colour options—Pearl Siren Blue with Lemon Ice Yellow, Pearl Igneous Black, Pearl Siren Blue with Athletic Blue Metallic, and Pearl Siren Blue with Sports Red.

Powered by a 123.94cc, 4-stroke SI engine paired with a 5-speed gearbox, the motorcycle delivers 11 hp at 7500 rpm and 11.2 Nm torque at 6000 rpm. It claims to be the fastest in its class, accelerating from 0 to 60 km/h in just 5.4 seconds.

With a bold design, it features an aggressive LED front setup including twin headlamps with DRLs and high-mounted indicators. A muscular fuel tank, sharp tank shrouds, and sleek muffler enhance its sporty profile.

Tech highlights include a 4.2-inch TFT display with Bluetooth and Honda RoadSync app support for navigation, call and SMS alerts, and music playback. It also gets a USB Type-C charging port, engine stop switch, and side-stand engine inhibitor.

Suspension duties are handled by golden USD front forks and a 5-step adjustable monoshock. The ignition key is uniquely positioned on the fuel tank. For braking, it comes equipped with a 240mm petal disc at the front, a 130mm drum at the rear, and single-channel ABS. Wide tubeless tyres add to the performance and grip.

The CB125 Hornet promises to be a strong contender in the premium 125cc segment with its combination of aggressive looks, advanced features, and sporty performance.
