The event was organised in collaboration with the ministry of tourism (Jammu & Kashmir), the ministry of defence, and various other government departments.

The prestigious award was formally presented by Raghuraj Singh, minister and MLA from Uttar Pradesh, in a glittering ceremony held at the Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya Auditorium, Delhi. The occasion was marked by the presence of union ministers, top government officials, and several eminent personalities from across the country.
