Karkala Govt First Grade College hosts 'UNXT' Unnathi skill development programme

Karkala, Aug 8: The career guidance & placement cell & Prerana of Manjunath Pai Memorial Government First Grade College, Karkala successfully organized a month-long certified skills development training programme, spanning 165 hours. This event was conducted in collaboration with UNXT – Unnathi Foundation, located in Bengaluru, and was divided into four distinct batches.

The target audience for this programme was final year students pursuing BBA, BCom, BCA and BA degrees. The training sessions were skillfully led by the renowned resource person, Guruprasad & Reshma Kiran and a total of 112 students had the opportunity to benefit from this initiative.













The primary objective of the training programme was to enhance the skills of the participants and improve their employability prospects, thereby providing them with a competitive advantage in the ever-evolving job market. The students underwent comprehensive training in various essential areas such as communication skills, interview preparation, leadership qualities, and emotional intelligence.

Dr Suresh Rai the Principal and Prerna coordinator Dr Subrahmanya were thanked for their full-fledged support for the conduct of the programme.
