Udupi, Sep 23: Prime minister Narendra Modi congratulated Dr Ramdas M Pai, Padma Bushan awardee and chancellor, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), on his 90th birthday. In an official letter, the prime minister praised Dr Pai’s lifelong contributions to the fields of health and education, which have brought him national recognition and respect.
