Mangaluru: Groundbreaking ceremony held for ‘Castle Green’ project

Mangaluru, Sep 25: Nidhi Land Infrastructure Developers India Pvt Ltd marked a new milestone with the groundbreaking ceremony of its latest residential apartment project, Castle Green, at Bejai, Kapikad, on Thursday, September 25.

Speaking on the occasion, Prashanth K. Sanil, founder, chairman, and managing director of Nidhi Land, expressed gratitude to the community for its continued support. He highlighted the company’s commitment to delivering projects that uphold the highest standards of quality and design. “Castle Green is a step towards creating premium lifestyle homes that fulfil the aspirations of today’s urban families. The project consists of 34 apartments, 2 and 3 BHK. And is expected to be completed within two years. We are already receiving a good response from buyers,” he said.

Former mayor/corporator Shashidhar Hegde, in his address, appreciated Prashanth Sanil for building a strong reputation in the construction field. He lauded Nidhi Land for its contribution to housing development in Mangaluru and conveyed his best wishes for the success of Castle Green.
