Mangalore, Feb 10: Pompeii College, Aikala is hosting the Mangalore University inter-collegiate throw ball competition on Friday February 10 and February 11.
Balakrishna Shetty, the former president of PTA will inagurate the event at 10.00 am. More than forty teams are expected to participate from Udupi, Coorg and Dakshina Kannada District of Mangalore university area.
The valedictory and prize distribution function will be held at 12.30 pm on February 11. Gururaj S Poojary will ditribute the prizes. Fr Paul Pinto, the correspondent and honorary president of organising committee, James Oliver, the convener, informed it in the press conference.
Prof Patrick Menezes, the principal and K Jagadesh Holla were present at the presee conference.
