Udupi, Oct 9: The Canara Bank regional office here will organize the Canara Retail Expo 2025 on October 11 and 12 at the MGM College Ground, Udupi. The expo will be open to the public from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, featuring a wide range of participants from the automobile and real estate sectors offering special benefits.
H K Gangadhar, general manager of Canara Bank Circle Office, Manipal, addressing the media at a press conference on October 9, said, “Everyone dreams of owning their dream house and vehicle. During Diwali, many people come forward to make such purchases. Hence, we are organizing this event as a one-stop platform for them under the banner of Canara Retail Expo 2025.”
The inaugural ceremony will be held at 9.30 am on October 11 and will be inaugurated by MLA Yashpal Suvarna, district superintendent of police Hariram Shankar, leader Prasad Raj Kanchan, and other distinguished guests, informed the regional manager.
There will be no entry fee and no prepayment penalty. Leading automobile companies such as Toyota, Maruti Suzuki, Honda, and Tata, among others, will take part in the expo. Well-established builders will also have their stalls at the event.
Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy free test drives of vehicles of their choice, facilitated by the respective dealers. Builders will organize on-site project visits for prospective homebuyers. Canara Bank aims to provide a comprehensive platform for both builders and automobile dealers, while also offering complete financial guidance and support to customers under one roof.
A Canara Bank process centre will operate at the expo to provide instant loan facilities with minimal documentation for spot bookings. In addition, two stalls will feature surplus properties available through Canara Bank.
