Adelaide, Feb 14 : Hello and welcome to one and all for the ODI match between India and Sri Lanka from Adelaide. India are finally showing their competitiveness on this tour after a dramatic last over victory against Australia in the previous match. They will be looking to score a hat-trick of victories today. Sri Lanka ran Australia close in the previous ODI at Perth and they will want to get their campaign going with a victory.

Pitch Report: The weather today is warm and there is not much of a breeze. The pitch looks good for batting. Tom Moody says that the Sri Lankan top order must fire. He reckons that the Lankans should play two spinners as the pitch might slow up as the day progresses.

MS Dhoni is going to feature in his 200th ODI today. There is some news floating around that Sachin Tendulkar might play today and Virender Sehwag might be rested.

Sri Lanka have won the toss and elected to bat

Dhoni: I am not going to shave my hair. People call me Samson and that is why my hair stays. The top order contributed against Australia. The batsmen have to be more responsible. Sehwag is out and Sachin comes back. Zaheer is out and Irfan Pathan comes back.

Mahela: I will bat first as it is a good wicket. We need to do a lot of hard work today. We performed well in the previous two games but we made mistakes. Bowling has been good and we had few fielding lapses. The batting has been a worry. Thirimanne and Dhammika are out. Herath and Thissara Perera are in the team.
