Udupi: First ever Coastal Tech Cricket League 2025 to be held on Nov 1-2 at Hejamady

Udupi, Oct 28: In an exciting first for the coastal region, the Coastal Tech Cricket League - 2025 is all set to be held on November 1 and 2, at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium, Hejamady.

The tournament is being organized by United Tech Cricketers, a group of passionate cricket enthusiasts employed across various IT companies in Udupi, Manipal, and Mangaluru. This marks the first-ever cricket league exclusively for IT professionals in the coastal belt, aiming to bring together tech employees through the shared love of cricket.

A total of ten teams representing leading tech firms from the region will participate in this two-day event, the first-ever event of its kind in the Coastal Belt, competing not only for victory but also to promote camaraderie, fitness, and community spirit among professionals.

The winners of the Coastal Tech Cricket League 2025 will receive a cash prize of Rs 60,000, while the runner-up team will take home Rs 40,000.

Organizers have expressed confidence that the tournament will serve as a landmark event, showcasing both the sporting talent and unity and enthusiasm of the tech community in coastal Karnataka.
