Mini bus overturns near Sullia; several passengers sustain minor injuries

Sullia, Nov 3: A private mini bus overturned near Parivarakana on the Mani–Mysuru National Highway in Sullia early Sunday morning, leaving several passengers with minor injuries.

According to sources, the bus was returning to Tumakuru after completing a trip when the driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle near the Parivarakana guard shed. The bus veered off the road and rolled into a roadside ditch.

Local residents rushed to the spot and helped rescue the injured passengers, who were later given first aid.

Police have registered a case and are investigating the cause of the accident.
