PM’s Udupi visit: Deputy commissioner conducts inspection

Udupi, Nov 24: Ahead of prime minister Narendra Modi’s scheduled visit to the Udupi Shree Krishna Math on November 28, Udupi deputy commissioner Swaroop TK carried out an inspection on Saturday.

The deputy commissioner visited the Adi Udupi helipad along with officials and reviewed security measures and ongoing works at the site. He then inspected the temporary shelter erected near the Rajangana parking area of the Math and obtained required information from the Math authorities.

Additional superintendent of police Sudhakar Naik, DYSP Prabhu DT, municipal commissioner Mahantesh Hangargi, national highway department engineer Manjunath and others were present.
