Odisha man held in Colva with suspected ganja

Colva, Nov 28: The Colva police have arrested a 29-year-old man from Odisha after he was allegedly found in possession of a flowery substance suspected to be ganja.

The accused, identified as James Lima, son of Bibhu Das, was reportedly caught red-handed near a chapel at Botlem ward in Seraulim.

Police said the seized substance weighed around 438 grams and is valued at approximately Rs 43,800 in the market.

Lima has been booked under Section 20(b)(ii)(A) of the NDPS Act. Further investigation is underway.
