Jhajjar/New Delhi, Nov 30: Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday urged citizens to remain vigilant against foreign interference targeting Sanatan Dharma and called on saints and spiritual leaders to raise their voice against religious conversion, love jihad, and drug abuse.

Speaking at the idol consecration ceremony and grand ‘Aathman’ Bhandara in Jhajjar, Haryana, CM Yogi recalled India’s golden era, noting that periods of foreign invasions in the past necessitated alertness. He emphasized that no anti-Sanatan activities should be tolerated to safeguard India, humanity, and the broader creation.

“We must not divide… division leads to downfall. Differences based on caste, appeasement, region, or language must not be allowed,” he said. He added that just as the Dharma flag flies over Shri Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya, it should also wave atop every Sanatani’s home.

Highlighting challenges like drug trafficking, the CM warned of its threat to the youth and stressed the need for proactive measures to prevent future harm. He called upon saints to use every religious event as a platform to oppose conversion, love jihad, and narcotics, urging campaigns against forces that endanger present and future generations.

CM Yogi praised the large gathering at the Bhandara in Kablana village, describing it as memorable and an opportunity to foster gratitude, unity, and devotion. Reflecting on the saffron flag hoisting at the Ram Temple on November 25, he termed it a historic symbol of Sanatan pride, stating that truth and Dharma will always prevail.

He also highlighted the historic moment when the Prime Minister inaugurated the Ram Temple construction, saying that such events reflect India’s glory and reaffirm the triumph of Dharma. “Wherever there is Dharma, there is victory. We must follow this path without wavering,” he added.
