Two-year-old girl killed after being hit by school vehicle in Bihar

Narayangarh, Dec 12: A two-year-old girl died on Friday morning after being struck by a school vehicle near Narayangarh village, police said.

The victim has been identified as Budhiya Paswan. According to police, she was hit by a four-wheeler belonging to a private school and died on the spot.

Revati Police Station House Officer Rajesh Bahadur Singh said a police team reached the location soon after the incident. The vehicle has been seized, and the child’s body was sent for post-mortem.

A case has been registered against the driver, Rajesh Yadav, based on a complaint filed by the girl’s father, Aalha Paswan. The driver has been taken into custody, police added.
