Kasargod: St Thomas Parish Celebrates Senior Citizens' Day

Kasargod, Feb 21: St Thomas parish, Kollangana, celebrated Senior Citizens' Day at their parish on Sunday February 19.

Kollangana parish priest Fr Vincent D’Souza celebrated the Thanksgiving Holy Mass on Sunday morning.

Fr D’Souza presided over the stage programme sponsored by Santhosh Sequeira, the Mangalore-based proprietor of Santhosh Arrangers, held after the Holy Mass.

Seventy senior citizens of the parish were present on the occasion and each one of them was presented with gift hampers by Sequeira.

Meanwhile, Fr D’Souza honoured Sequeira for his social concern of the elderly in the parish community.

The senior most man and woman were awarded mementoes on the occasion.
