Udupi, Feb 24: Kalkura Pratishthan president S Pradeep Kumar Kalkura felicitated Yakshagana artistes Ambatanaya Mudrady and Pookala Laxminarayan Bhat in recognition of their extraordinary contributions during a function held at the residence of Narasimha Aithal at Saligrama, on Tuesday February 21.
Saligrama town panchayat president Raju Poojary and Janardhan Aithal were the chief guests on the occasion.
Saligrama children’s Yakshagana troupe artistes Sridar Hande and Vasudev Samaga were present on the occasion.
Vaikunta Herale welcomed the gathering. Sujayindra Hande compered the programme and Taranath Holla proposed the vote of thanks.
