Kadaba: Car crashes into electric pole at Kodimbala, power pole damaged

Kadaba, Feb 6: A car driven allegedly in a rash and negligent manner rammed into an electric pole at Padejnaru Murachedavu in Kodimbala village along the Kadaba–Panja road in the early hours of Wednesday.

The incident occurred when Seetharama Gowda, who was driving the car, lost control of the vehicle and hit the electric pole located along the roadside, causing it to break and collapse. The front portion of the car was damaged in the impact.

The value of the damaged electric pole has been estimated at Rs 17,500, officials said.

Based on a complaint filed by Satyanaarayana C K, assistant engineer of the MESCOM Kadaba subdivision, a case has been registered at the Kadaba police station in this regard.
