Shamli, Feb 8: A three-year-old child was allegedly sexually assaulted by a minor in Uttar Pradesh’s Shamli district on Saturday, police said.
According to officials, the accused, a 12-year-old boy, was detained and produced before a juvenile court, which sent him to a correction home.
The victim has been sent for medical examination, and police said further investigation is underway.
