Mangaluru, Feb 15: The Yenepoya Institute of Arts, Science, Commerce and Management (YIASCM) is set to organize YENIXA 2026, a national level intercollegiate fest, on February 16 at the YMK Auditorium, Kulur Campus. The fest is expected to witness enthusiastic participation from students representing over 23 colleges across the country.
YENIXA 2026 will provide a vibrant platform for students to demonstrate their talents, creativity, innovation, leadership skills, and team spirit at the national level. The fest will feature a wide array of competitions, including best manager, IT manager, coding, web designing, e-sports, HR, finance, marketing, team entrepreneurship, surprise event, mock press, best out of waste, quiz, photo/videography, cooking without fire, mystery case, face painting, and ramp walk. Winners of the various events will be honoured with trophies and certificates during the valedictory ceremony.


The fest aims to promote academic excellence, cultural exchange, healthy competition, and collaborative learning among students from diverse backgrounds, making YENIXA 2026 a memorable and enriching experience for all participants.
The inaugural ceremony of YENIXA 2026 will be held in the presence of Vasudev Kamath, vice president & development centre head, Infosys, Mangaluru, as the chief guest. The occasion will also be graced by Sajeev Gulati, chairman and CMD, Entrepot Cargo Group, UAE, and Dr Leena K C, principal, Yenepoya Nursing College, Mangaluru, as the guests of honour. The programme will be presided over by Prof Jeevan Raj, principal (I/C), YIASCM, Prof Shareena P, vice principal and dean, faculty of Commerce and Management, Narayan Sukumar A, vice principal, heads of Departments, faculty members, support staff, and students.
The valedictory ceremony of YENIXA 2026 will be held at 3.30 pm, with Preethi Nayak, co-founder, Joos Botal, Mangaluru, as the chief guest. The fest is coordinated by Lawren Maria, assistant professor, Department of Management, and Bindiya G, lecturer, Department of Computer Science.
