Bengaluru, Mar 4: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the last date for payment of fees for candidates who have applied and registered for admission to engineering and other professional courses through UGCET till March 7.
Administrative Officer of KEA, Islavuuddin Gadyal, said that a total of 3.47 lac candidates have registered so far. Of them, 3.36 lac candidates have already paid the prescribed fee. Around 9,000 candidates are yet to complete the fee payment process, and the deadline has been extended to facilitate them.

In a related development, KEA has also released the provisional marks list along with the final answer keys for the competitive examinations conducted on February 21 and 22 for various posts under the Kalyana Karnataka cadre.
Candidates who have objections to the provisional marks list may submit them online before 11 am on March 6, the authority said.
