Mangaluru: Air India Express cancels gulf-bound flights from MIA on Mar 6

Mangaluru, Mar 6: Several Air India Express flights operating between Mangaluru International Airport and Gulf destinations have been cancelled on March 6, the airline said in a statement.

According to the announcement, flights from Mangaluru to Dubai (IX 831, IX 813) and the return services from Dubai to Mangaluru (IX 832, IX 814) have been cancelled.

Similarly, the flight from Mangaluru to Bahrain (IX 841) and the return flight (IX 842) from Bahrain to Mangaluru have also been called off.

Flights operating between Mangaluru and Dammam — IX 847 (Mangaluru–Dammam) and IX 848 (Dammam–Mangaluru) — stand cancelled as well.

In addition, the airline has cancelled the flight from Mangaluru to Abu Dhabi (IX 815) and the return service from Abu Dhabi to Mangaluru (IX 816).

The airline did not immediately specify the reason for the cancellations. Passengers have been advised to check with the airline for updates and alternative travel arrangements.
