Mangaluru, Mar 11: Dr Rovina Sharon Soans has been awarded the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree by Mangalore University for her thesis titled ‘Impact of Health and Wellness Programs on Employee Productivity in Select ITES Companies: A Study in the Coastal Districts of Karnataka.’
She successfully defended her thesis at the recent viva voce examination.
The research was carried out under the guidance of Dr Shekhar Naik. Dr Rovina Sharon Soans is currently serving as assistant professor at the Yenepoya Institute of Arts, Science, Commerce and Management. She is the daughter of Rony Soans and Rozina Soans.
