Mangaluru, Mar 12: PVS Group president and managing director Sarojini M Kushe stated that she is independently managing the administration of the PVS institutions and that there is no interference from anyone in its affairs.

Addressing a press conference at the Mangaluru Press Club on Thursday, she alleged that certain individuals who were earlier associated with the institution and handled its accounts are now attempting to take control of the organisation and its assets. According to her, these individuals are causing trouble through a person named Krishnadatta with the intention of illegally acquiring the properties of the institution.

Sarojini M Kushe said that she has approached the court and obtained an injunction stating that Krishnadatta is not her son. She appealed to the government, police department and the public not to believe the false claims and misinformation spread by Krishnadatta and his associates and requested their support in her legal and rightful fight.

She further explained that Vasanthi H, the daughter of her grandfather late Puttu Vaikuntha Shet’s wife’s younger sister, has been with their family since childhood. After the demise of her husband, Vasanthi stood by her side and both of them have been jointly managing and taking forward the companies under the PVS Group.

Those present at the press conference included Santosh Chandra of the Vaishya Education Society, priests Jairam Bhat and Ashok Bhat, as well as Gopi Shet and Praveen Nagvekar.
